Elegant boutique hotel rooms.

DELIVERABLES: BRAND IDENTITY, PRINTED MATERIALS, SIGNAGE & WAYFINDING

Nestled in the heart of Knutsford, The Silk Rooms is a six-bedroom boutique accommodation set within the newly renovated Freemasons Inn, a distinguished grade II listed pub. The renovation of the building has breathed new life into its walls, with a thoughtfully designed identity to honour its rich heritage.

At the heart of the identity is a silk moth, an emblem stemming from the building's historical roots as a silk mill in 1754. This detail is showcased throughout the accommodation in the form of handmade artwork. A collection of prints inspired by the silk moth honour tradition and craftsmanship in every intricate detail.
